Keep an eye out for your driver or a friendly representative holding a sign or tablet displaying your name or the company logo. * **Shared Shuttle Scoop:** For shared rides, the arrivals hall is the usual pickup spot, unless your booking confirmation states otherwise. **A Little Patience, Please!** Remember, shared shuttles aren't private. To accommodate everyone, there might be a wait of up to 90 minutes after your flight lands, allowing for passengers arriving on later flights to join. **Flight Delays? No Sweat (Hopefully!)** * **30+ Minute Delay? Speak Up!** If your flight's delayed by half an hour or more *before* your transfer, let us know ASAP! We'll do our best to reschedule your transfer on the next available shuttle at no extra charge. * **No Shuttle Available?** If a suitable shuttle isn't running soon, we'll offer a private transfer, and the original booking cost will be deducted from the private transfer price. * **Missed Notification = No Refund:** If you don't inform us about a delay, our driver will leave 60 minutes after your scheduled landing time, and unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
