Our wines are exclusively made from native grapes – Carricante, Cataratto, Nerello Mascalese, and Nerello Cappuccio – grown in our family's vineyards nestled between 850 and 900 meters above sea level, their roots deeply embedded in rich volcanic soil. And don't forget our exquisite olive oils! We offer a range of oils, each one a unique expression of Etna's diverse landscape, from its climate to its plant life. The star of the show is the Nocellara Etnea olive, the undisputed queen of the volcano, which features in varying amounts across our production lines, each bearing prestigious designations and quality certifications (D.O.P. and I.G.P.).
