Description
The Taormina, Isola Bella and Castelmola day trip from Catania gives you a full day of about seven hours, spent on the three levels of the town: the sea, the town itself and the hilltop village above it. A coach takes you between the stops and brings you back to Catania at the end.
The first stop is Isola Bella and its pebble beach, where in summer swimming is possible, so pack a swimsuit, a towel and shoes made for pebbles. Next the coach moves up to Taormina to explore its views and history, and the final stop is Castelmola, the village with panoramic points over the coast.
