Museum of the Sea and Fishing

The Catania Sea Museum was inaugurated on April 8, 2000, thanks to the initiative of the San Maria di Ognina Committee Association and the local fishermen. It is a historical-anthropological-scientific museum that collects various artifacts of maritime culture, but it is also a museum of the territory, closely linked to the village of Ognina where it is located.
