Sicilian cooking lesson with lunch at Mariella's

My name is Mariella. I was born in Catania, and I love to cook and share my talent with those who visit and love my land I will give you an experience that will remain in your mind and, I hope, in your heart

My house is a short walk from the main squares of the historic old town. WE WILL COOK TOGETHER a first course of pasta, a side dish of vegetables, and we will make a typical Sicilian dessert, accompanied by fine Sicilian wine. The dishes we prepare will depend on what the season offers us, and we will use only fresh produce. During the preparation, you can take notes and photos, and I will provide the recipes. We will eat all the food we prepared together while sitting comfortably! The experience will be supported in English.
