Her home, located just a short walk from the main squares of the historic center and featuring a kitchen overlooking the sea, provides a unique setting for learning about and sharing Sicilian flavors. Together, you will prepare a pasta first course, a vegetable side dish, and a traditional Sicilian dessert, using only fresh, seasonal ingredients. Mariella will share with you recipes passed down from her grandmother and little secrets from her family's culinary tradition. You will be able to take notes and photos, and you will receive all the recipes prepared during the class. At the end of the experience, you will enjoy all the dishes you prepared together, accompanied by Sicilian wine, coffee, and a digestif liqueur, while sitting comfortably and enjoying views of Catania's beautiful coastline. The experience will also be conducted in English, so that everyone can immerse themselves in the warmth of Sicilian hospitality.
